Hello, the computer I have has not been the same from when I first bought it, error messages all the time, very slow, etc. I didn't recieve a disc with my computer when I first bought it so I'm unsure how to format and start over. I don't want anyone to try to talk me out of it there is nothing important really, and stuff that is I have the licenses to it saved and printed out (xp, office 2003, avg). I would just like a way to start over. I heard that if maufacturers don't send you a disc that comes with your computer there is a way to do it on the machine. Can some one tell me how to format my pc and start it over new if possible?
