Nicelabel 5 Serial Number

I have a set of labels, each one with their own unique serial number. When I do a preview in the designer, I see a label for each serial number.

Nicelabel 5 Serial Number

In my application, I set all the data for a label using the variables interface, looping over the serial numbers, but at print time I only get the last one. How do I get NiceLabel to print the whole record set from the database through the SDK? I want one copy of the record set, so the Print command is set to '1', otherwise I just get multiple copies of the same label. This is probably the last issue I have with NiceLabel. This tutorial will show you how to install NiceLabel software to your computer. After the software is downloaded. I need each serial number to be the value in the database, this is the whole reason I'm filtering. So if I have 6 serial numbers -->6 labels, all other data on the label remains the same. Typically they are sequential, but the user can pick from a list if we don't require a reprint of the whole set, so using a counter isn't really an option. The only way I have been able to do this so far is to print one label per page and manually set the label data every time. Thanks again. I think my solution does the same as your described steps in NiceForm. Basically it consist of: *Defining label and database access on the label in NiceLabel Pro *Setting the filter variable from your application *Printing with UNLIMITED parameter which will print all the records that match the filter from the database Can you explain your scenario again or even better provide a sample of your data and the label? Thanks Regards Miso. Hi Miso, What you said is correct, except NiceForm is not part of it. If I execute the SQL statement for my label set, I get back a dataset, one row for each serial number. If I do preview in NiceLabel Pro I get a unique serial number (and barcode based on this s/n) for each label.

Free Christian Worship Downloads. When I print from my application, I get the same serial number (and barcode) on every label, except that when I use 'UNLIMITED' as the print parameter there is a 'special character' on the label after the serial number. I don't know where that comes from. I've attached a label and a screen shot that should help show what I'm talking about. You'll see in the screen shot there is a serial number, the first of several. If I were to print this from NiceLabel Pro I would get all the labels on one page, each with a unique serial number. When I print this from my application it is printing the same serial number on every label instead of the unique values contained in the database record. Thanks again for your help.
